What to include

The more of this you can include, the faster we can help:

  • What you were trying to do — one sentence is fine.
  • What happened instead — including any error message you saw.
  • Your club name and the player or event the issue relates to.
  • The URL of the page you were on, plus what device/browser you were using.
  • A screenshot if anything looked wrong on screen.

Common topics

  • Account & sign-in — forgot your password, didn't receive an account-claim email, locked out, want to merge two accounts.
  • Event data — wrong score recorded, payout looks off, check-in didn't register, missing tag movement, UDisc import didn't match the right players.
  • Vouchers & payments — balance disagreement, missing donor credit, vendor-transfer questions, refund.
  • Tag leaderboard — tag number disputes, timed-out members, defend-by date questions.
  • Admin / TD tooling — running an event, configuring sign-in, finalizing a TD report, comms settings.
  • Bug reports & feature requests — always welcome. Specifics help — what would it let you do that's hard or impossible today.

Response time

Most emails get a reply within one business day. Urgent issues affecting an event happening today — put “URGENT” in the subject line and we'll prioritize.
