The DG Club HQ website (dgclubhq.com) and the DG Club HQ platform — including but not limited to its source code, page layouts, designs, graphics, logos, icons, fonts, copy text, database schemas, and the “DG Club HQ” name — are the property of DG Club HQ and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

What you may do

Use the platform for its intended purpose: managing your disc-golf club, viewing your stats, and interacting with your league.
View, print, or save individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Link to dgclubhq.com from other sites, social media, or your club's communications.

What you may not do without permission

Copy, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of the site or its content.
Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the platform's source code or design.
Use the “DG Club HQ” name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement of an unrelated product or service.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site for commercial purposes.

Your club's data

Data your club enters into the platform — player rosters, scores, event history, voucher balances, tag-leaderboard standings, and the like — belongs to your club. We host and process it on your behalf so the app works. You can request a copy or deletion of your club's data at any time by emailing the address below.

Third-party content

DG Club HQ uses a small number of open-source libraries and web fonts under their respective licenses. Course information, player names, and scores submitted by clubs remain attributable to their authors and contributors. Trademarks not owned by DG Club HQ — including “UDisc” — remain the property of their respective owners; references on this site are for interoperability only and do not imply affiliation.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on dgclubhq.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dgclubhq@gmail.com that includes:

Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
The URL of the page on dgclubhq.com where the alleged infringement appears.
Your contact information (name, email, phone).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
